🍰 Mini Cheesecakes - 🥮 Snickerdoodle bites - 1 cup rolled oats 6 pitted dates 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 2 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt Blend in food processor until sticky and use a small spoon to roll into balls. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tbsp cinnamon into a small bowl, mix and roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar blend. 🍨 Caramel Mocha - 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup ice 1/2 cup plant milk a splash of caramel stevia or caramel syrup 2 tsp cocoa powder, whip cream, drizzle of caramel dip. Blend banana, ice, milk, stevia, and cocoa powder until smooth. Top with vegan whip cream and caramel drizzle.
